I just started the new school year and my friends and I are planning on going to many of the school dances. The only problem? I can't dance. I try to be casual and fluid but I just can't pull it off! Are there any simple moves out there that even the worst dancer can do?

    Move it on chicka^.~
My sister has it all--the look and the moves--so everyone wonders what I do. The truth is I move on with it. Watch videos, lol. You'll feel dorky doing it but it'll help after awhile. That's what I did and I still feel dorky trying out moves I don't know^.^

    Just be yourself!
Just relax and take a deep breath. Find the rhythm within yourself. That is how I used to be too. I hated to dance and I would tell everyone I didn't know how. But the truth is that you just gotta give it a try--it won't come right away! Now I love to dance. I dance everything from country, hip-hop, cumbias, duranguesses and ballet.

    It's fine..
A lot of people are uncomfortable dancing, I know I am. You could enroll into some beginner hip-hop classes since that's what most students do at school dances. Just try to go with the flow and bounce/groove to the music. If you're really uncomfortable, just try and groove to some of your own music in front of the mirror until you find something that you think looks good. :)
