Don't Take It!
You are telling yourself that you need her in your life. YOU DON'T!!! You will be fine without her controlling your every move. And if she hurts your feelings, then why are you friends with her anyway? She doesn't think of you as a friend if she disrespects you like that! You are a victim in her eyes that she can control because she is "BETTER"! Well she's not! I say find new friends that actually care for you and your feelings! Then you can be happy with yourself and that is all that matters!

I know how you feel
I know exactly how you feel, and it is hard standing up to that one person, but you just have to face it. If she truly isn't a "friend," then screw her. If you don't have enough confidence to confront her, then just stop talking to her all together. She'll get it eventually, and if not and she continues to be a witch with a capatal "B" then you express your feelings to her in the way you feel most comfortable, a letter, an email, text message; the best is to confront her face to face verbally, eventually you'll gain confidence to say what you need and the weight will be lifted off your shoulders.

Do what I do--shut down. Stop talking to her and once she's had enough, tell her why you are so mad. It works for me.

be yourself
Since you said that you couldn't stick up to her, then I think you are more afraid of her than anything else. Instead of trying to stand up to her, which you clearly don't feel comfortable doing, just act the way you want to and feel right doing.

One thing that makes girls like that get really pissed off is to ignore them, act like they're literally not there. The main reason they mess with you is to get some attention and this will drive them crazy.

Don't do anything
People say act the same way she did when she was talkin to you...but that's not a good thing to do because then you are acting just as bad as she was. And if you do worse things than she did to make her respect you, then you would be the mean girl. You think standing back and doing nothing is bad; it really isn't.

the Exact words to say when she tries to take over:
"You know, there is such a thing as too MUCH self confidence." or "This is the last time that I'm dealing with this crap!"
It's best to say these things over the phone so that you don't have to wait for the right moment. Just say it at any time, like when you call to make up after a fight and she starts to be a brat. Say one of these and hang up the phone. She'll be calling back within the next 15 seconds, because she wants closure because you've taken away her control.

What you should do is try to be realistic. Talking is not gonna help. Going to a teacher or principal is just gonna make it worse. Trust me, I know. What you need to do is take a deep breath and write about her. Write all of your feelings on paper! Anything bad that you want to say to her, say it on paper! You probably only have a few more years with her! Forget her. She's just so jealous of you she doesn't know what to do so she picks on you. Be the bigger person! If she walks up to you, walk away from her. People will think that you are big and bad and they will laugh at her. When she gets tired of people talking about her, she'll leave you alone and find a new target.

Make Her Respect U!!!!!!!!!!!
Every single time she rolls her eyes at you roll your eyes right back. Every time she pushes her nose up at you push yours at her right back. She could just be testing you to see how bold you are!
