It's probably just the guy you're kissing! No offense to your boyfriend but his style may not be what you like. A long time back I thought that too because all the guys I knew just shoved their tongue down my throat. I learned that I like small slow kisses...maybe it'll change for you too!

Advice
If you don't like it,you have two options:
1)Try really hard to get used to it to make your sweetheart happy. OR
2)Tell him that you're not into the whole open-mouth kissing. If he gets mad, then obviously he's not a good enough boyfriend; a good boyfriend would accept you.

I felt the same way! At first, I hated French kissing my bf, but then, once I got more used to it, and understood it more, I liked it way better! It may not work, but maybe you should try a couple more times... idk, it worked for me!
You could also try to hint to him that you're not too hot for the sloppy ones! Make them light and romantic at first, then when you feel ready, go full on mondo.
Your last choice is to tell him that it makes you uncomfortable, and to ask him to slow it down till your ready. Maybe once your feelings for him evolve, you'll feel like you WANT to!
