It's a MUST for me!
If I don't work out,I'll feel all crappy.Exercising makes me feel good about myself and I enjoy it (even if I do sweat and smell all funky in the end).And it's worth it!It makes feel great at the end of the day, my stress is gone, and I know that if I keep this up I'll look better too!People call me crazy I ENJOY - yes, enjoy - working out!But I know it's for the better!

Working out is a healthy!!
Everyone needs to work out once in a while! If your in a sport you often work out but if you are just working out 24-7 that could be a problem. People who don't think working out is good should see people who never work out. They turn out over, over, overweight! It is good to be fit when your a kid so you can be a good shape as a adult. Big kids who eat chips all day and consider pressing through channels as a work-out will probably be a bigger adult and thin or fit kids who have a good weight for there age will probably grow into a good, healthy, fit shape.

CAN BE ANYTHING
yes i lyke exersizing because it could be doing anything. not just going to the gym. you can do anything to work out. even dancing (which I do thank you very much!) as long as your having fun and staying healthy. your good.

Working out is totaly cool I maen you get to stay fit feel good look good and be health, plus America is getting a little chuby and we could stand to loose a few pounds and I dont know about you but r schools now a so harsh to people ecspecially the bigger people, and I dont mean to offend any1, at my school they get teased and it probably hurts alot and makes them do strange things, so yah working out is totaly healthy for u!

gotta keep in shape!
my body is like the most important thing! If it is not in shape, I can feel bad, sick, tired, lazy, ugly, etc. If it is in shape, my mind is sharp, I can think quicker, faster and I feel way better! Sex is certainly better. Oh sure, you gotta pig out once and a while and not always do some excercise when you dont fell like it, etc, but you gotta get a routine and keep it going. I think chics who play tennis have the nicest bods in sports, but I like to run and ski, and I love swimming. I keep in top shape as much as I can though, because I love my body and I like how it looks when I am fit and trim. I think others would too. I like to date people who are in relatively good shape.

Working out is good.
Its good for you, even if you dont do athletics or anything like that, it helps you keep in shape. I have as good as stomach as you can get without steroids. all I do is work out and eat right..and Im proud of my stomache. you should be too.

To much stress!
Working out usually requires a strict routine. This is stressful and unrealistic. You can be healthy by doing causal, fun activities that you enjoy. Life's to short to waste in the gym!

not motivated
i can't motivate myself to do it. using exercise machines is so boring! but i like playing sports and being active but i just can't go on and elliptical machines or whatever and i'm not a runner.

I think that working out is hard and no fun... thats my opinion, if u like it what ev but i think ppl can stay physically fit w/out it... eat good and excercise (but not work out)... Dance around with music blarin or go 4 a swim, bike ride, or walk... whatever u like instead of workin out...

I hate the "typical" kind of working out... like in the gym and stuff. I mean, HELLO? Most of you here are probably under 19 years of age and in my city, only a select few gyms are open to people younger than 19. Why? Because you guys aren't even fully grown! If you want to exercise.. sure! I exercise OUTDOORS. For all you gym rats it means going rollarblading, biking, jogging, playing basketball with friends, soccer, swinging (yes that's a "sport"), cheerleading, stunting, bmxing, etc etc etc. And especially now... it's summer! Why spend your days in a smelly gym.

I have hound that you need 2 be how you are, and be happy about it. I am 5'7, and i weigh 143, last time i looked, and yes. I feel fat, but my best friend is known for her being strait with someone, and she said that i have curves, im not fat. Whatever, lol

I REALLY DON'T LIKE EXERCISING UNLESS I HAVE TO FOR CHEERLEADING PRACTICE. YOU KNOW THE RUNNING LAPS, PUSH UPS ETC. BUT SINCE ITS SUMMER, I CAN'T FIND THE ENERGY TO WORK OUT. I'M TRYING MY BEST THOUGH. SOMETIMES YOU JUST WISH YOU COULD DO 1 PUSH UP OR SIT UP AND LOSE LIKE 5 POUNDS. IT'S GOOD IF YOU LIKE TO KEEP IN SHAPE THOUGH.

I hate working out It is a killa
Man I just found out at my physical how much i weigh. I weigh 174 pounds and am 5"3 I have to exercise this summer and get in shape fo track next year. Even tho I hate to work out I have to so I can stay in shape. If ya love it do it if ya don't dat's on you. I hate to love it!!
