myspace is basically for when people wanna show off- that they're so talented, or they have such cool interests, or w/e. facebook is for those of us who mainly use these sites to keep in touch with friends. plus, joining groups on facebook is fun, i have waaay too many, lol.

I use it to keep up with people I don't get to talk to and I use it to talk to people that I don't have numbers for anymore. Plus it reminds me of birthdays and things like that. I'm now friends with people I haven't seen in years and I've met some people with my same last name(which is rare) through Facebook so I might have family on there too.

ok this has got to be the best thing in the world. i love MSN i do. but this is kinda like having a white board that ppl can constantly write on! i get to stay in touch with my sister and family members, and u can post pic/comment/and tag ppl from newhere!
i have met ppl that have the same last name as me, and its so cool.

In Moderation
I really like having facebook to keep in touch with my friends who are away at college this year, and to just keep track of them so I have stuff to talk about when we see each other. I know next year when I'm at college it will be really comforting to be able to say a quick hi to my friends and see their pics. I think as long as facebook is done in moderation, it's really cool. If you post every single little detail and only talk to people through facebook, that is not so good. But it's fun to post funny jokes or pictures for your friends to see.

Its really good to put pictures on and stuff. I like it better than myspace sometimes. If you get bored its always cool to look around on.

It's a great way to help become better friends with that kind of nice person you talk to sometimes in your class. Not to mention, great for homework help when I'd feel like a creep calling someone I barely know to ask what the assignment was. Plus, I hate talking ont he phone.

It gets boring after awhile. I just use the phone or go on msn. I guess it might be good if you had friends that were all spread out. And facebook makes me feel like a loser when i have like 20 wall posts and then i see someone has 200. Awww :(

My homeroom teacher told us that an actual police officer said that everyone should go on it and get off of Nexopia, but I think it's stupid. For anyone who actually knows what Nexopia is, Nex is sooooo much better and Facebook is just a waste of time. I have one and I really hate the dumb thing.

Sure it is one way to keep in touch with friends but i dont think it is the best way. There is safer ways to hang with friends. there are too many online preditors to share that kind of info on the web. you can email, im, or even call them or text them. Choose the Safe Way!!

But if you have a Facebook and your in highschool it's just stupid.
