It is way fun!! And its different from any other game system out there. I mean your feel like you can really interact with it. My younger brother has one and its way fun!

My brother and I got lucky. We saved up enough christmas money to buy a wii and zelda. So far we have no hurt our selfs or anyone around us =). (i'm pretty sure the people who did, got alittle to excited, and in doing so hurt theirselves) I played alot during christmas break, but I have alot of homework and haven't played since, but its always there and I know when It's summer I can play all I want. But it is soo cool!

reasonably priced and you get more for your money.
the games are better and it didnt cost 700$
and its not gonnna fall apart.

I love my wii so much. Its one of the best presents Ive ever gotten. My parents were pretty mean to me about it though. Before Christmas my mom told me that there was no chance I was getting a wii so I wasnt expecting it. Christmas came around and I was opening presents and I got to a certian box. I get really excited cause OMG its the shape and size of a Wii box. I open it and OH MY GOD ITS A WII. But it feels to light. I open it up and inside is my brothers dirty underware. I was so mad I started to cry. I did eventually get my wii like 3 weeks later when they actually came in later, but it was still a pretty mean prank.
I really love the wii because the motions of the controler are so natural and smooth to execute. Ive already beaten a number of games but I do really love Trauma Center and Zelda. I kick ass at both. Its so fun to surf the internet on the wii too. Go onto youtube and watch the videos on tv. The best part of the wii really is the whole set up and system in general. The awsome games, fun controls and remote, being able to buy and play classic games, the news and weather reports. Its all so fun. And soon to the best game ever SUPER SMASH BROS. BRAWL IS COMING OUT!

I love my wii. It's a great party game because it's great to watch everyone play and learn together since it's fairly easy to pick up. Such a good group systems. It's Wiitastic!

No time for that!
During the summer, sure - video games are fine. But during the school year, there aren't enough hours to do my homework, let alone play video games! Plus, the Wii is very expensive. Why spend a load of money on something one year when technology will come out with something else the next?

I think that, although they look somewhat fun, Nintendo's Wii is quite unsafe. What if your palms get sweaty, and the controller flies out of your hand? I know that they have wrist straps to prevent things like that, but some people either don't tighten them enough, or don't use them at all. I understand that the user is liable for how they decide to use the Wii, and how safe they are, but.. accidents happen. :]

It looks like tons of fun, but it is really cheap. Okay, maybe I'm not a fan of video games, but from my friends' experience, it is not only delicate, but a pure novelty. There are hardly any good games, and if you shake the console too much, it will break. Well... I don't plan on getting one. Go with a PSP.

Don't get me wrong
While on one hand the Nintendo Wii is in fact one of the cheaper out of the three top sellers os video consoles and it does hit a wide range of customers young and old. It also is a less gaming system....mostly for hardcore gamers. Kids will grow out of it eventually and adults will find something more entertaining to do. It does have advance motion technology but its really suited towards a recreation system rather than a pro.
