it annoys me sometimes...especially dial-up
ill be talkin to somebody and all of a sudden they just log off. so annoyin. id rather talk to them on the phone than waste my time typin when sometimes they are already off line. it can be an easy nonexspensive way to communicate though.no parents are out there all up in tha buisness.

i'd die w/out it!
its saved my life on countless occasions w/ homework, and that school crud.

Better than texting
This is soooo much better than texting b/c some people aren't allow to text, like me

uhmm hello?! i live for it
i have a cellphone, and i can easily call someone on my house phone too, but AIM is basically my life. i think its much easier than losing service on a cell or having your annoying siblings or parents listening in on the conversation. this way, when a parent is looking you can type "pos" which means parent over shoulder.
