agreed
contortionists do yoga. it helps you gain balance, and helps you breath, which is extremetly important for contortionists. i've never tried yoga, but as hopefully a future contoritonist, i've thought of lookin into it.

Yoga Baby
I've been doing yoga since I was inside my moms tummy (she did yoga at that time). I looooove it! It's so relaxing and I feel like after every class I know myself a little better, my face glows, seriously...

Super duper!
I love yoga! It helps clear your mind and it helps you to be less stressed! It can be super fun!I LOVE IT!
--Posted by llama_momma

i think its so relaxing and you can do it in a class or at home. and its fun to do it with a friend or a group of friends...then its not so boring by yourself. and its another way to spend time with your girls!

yoga is so peaceful and relaxing but it's hard, you still build up muscle strength. I love it!

YES!!!!!!!
I love yoga! it may seem kinda boring but the whole piont is to relax and tune into ur emotions and stuff. i started yoga when i was always stressed out and it totaly helped me relax! my parents think its totaly wack but they have never even tried it! plus i think people who haven't tried it shouldn't even post anything! so yea yoga is awesome.

Amazing
It's very calm and peaceful. But it also makes you more limber for sports and such. It helps me keep my balance and stay flexable to ride my horses.

Yoga is very cool. I love doing it, it relieves your stress and clears your mind. I always do a bit of yoga each morning or just whenever I feel like it!

It's so cliche now, I mean everyone does yoga, and comes to school in their yoga outfits. I don't do it, but I hear it's relaxing...? I'd rather sleep.

Both my parents are instructors
And i go to some of their classes to be supportive but i can't stand it. I really hate the warrior series, your in a lunge for 10 minutes then you have to do the same thing on the other side. The best part is mediation when you just lie there and focus on your breathing.

its bs
why pay money to stretch with a group of people when u can look upthe moves online and do it at home. Its a oney sucking fad.
--Posted by frostedface

i just dont like it
i just dont see the point in it, sure it relaxs u for some people, but for some others its not so relaxing. I tried it at my school's gym, and it was just boring. Besides, I can't do most of the moves, because of my injury from the car acciedent I had on Febuary 17, 2005, but that's a differnt story. I just dont find the use of it, and I do agree.. it's a money waste to do it in a group when you can look it up, or get dvd's for it.
