Hell yea!
I tried out in 8th grade but the coach wasn't very supportive at all! Girls should have the same oppertunities as the guys. If the guys are uncomfortable, start a girl's team. I KNOW it would go big!!! I'd join in a heartbeat. I live in a family of the wrestling and football gene. My dad was both and I have gotten the appitite and obsession with wrestling and football. Never been on a real team b/c of retarted coaches and marching band but I would so be there and beat the best at their own game!

I am tired of saying that this is a guy sport what do you think that hockey is a guy sport how about lacrosse because I play both. I had a fried that wresteled and was a girl she was sooooo good she could beat those guys butts. You girls who think that us girls can't do it we can and maybe better. So leave it alone.

I am all for girls dominating in guys sports but this is not one of them. I play sports and love it, but I wouldnt wrestle. This is just another reason for guy to hell out chick fight and be all perverted. And i don't like the idea of two girls rolling around on top of each other. Uh no, not this one.

well... i think wrestling is the AWESOME-EST sport!! but i dont think that girls should wreslte...its just i feel bad for the guys that have to wreslte against them...but hey...my brother has been to state wrestling 3 years...and there was this chick there every time i watched, and she could kick ass!! so if you really are a good, girl wrestler go for it...but if you are trying to prove a point...stay away from the mat please!

i am a matmaid for wrestling and i have seen girls wrestle and they are not good. if they had a girls wrestling team and they pracitced heck id go out for it and wrestle other girls. guys wrestling is way better and wresatling is awesome
