i heart homecoming
homecoming week at our school is amazing! all the classes compete in contests like dressing up and decorating a hallway with the class theme, and then on thursday is a huge pep rally where all the classes and the acting classes do little skits, and its so much fun. then friday is the big game, and saturday night is the actual dance. its such a fun week.

homecoming is fun if you hang out with the right people.My date was pretty fun,and my friends were cool,too.Just make sure that youre date doesnt ditch you like my guy friends did.Thaat can be a drag. you will meet a lot of a new people.Its fun!

at my school homecoming is awesome, the dj plays the right mix between rap and rock and slow songs, its awesome..... and everyone comes so you know lots of pppl and are never lonley

Homecoming is amazing!
I LOVE going to dances. It's so much fun. I love spirit week, and I LOVE the Fridays. School colors day, pep rally, the carnival, the game... ugh, I wish I could do it again! Yesterday was one of those days in fact, and I'm a senior now. Even though our team lost by one point, I still had a lot of fun. Today's the dance and I cannot wait. One of my favorite parts of the dances is dressing up and wearing a dress! And slow dancing with my baby... ahhh. Can't wait. And most of my friends are actually gonna BE there for once.

HOMECOMING!! I love it. its almost as good as prom! im a homecoming made every year! abd it's feels geat to walk the field every year! and every one goes..if you don't youve eiether been hit by a car or your a LOZER! hello! and then afterwards..we all party at a friends house! then like at 4 in the morning our clique goes to waffle house! it;s been a tradtion for abut 4 yrs now! lol

best nite ever
i thought it would be totally terrible i mean just moved to a new skool and only have a few friends and only family members close to my age have ever seen me dance but i got there and we all got in group and started dancing i even danced with a couple of guys and i had so much fun i was embarassed 2 show my face at school on mon. but when i got there ppl were like whoa girl u can dance and your not as innocent as u look i think i was the best thing i ever did

Homecoming
At first I wasn't really excited. the expensive dress, the pressured dinner, and of course the date. i didn't like my first choice and i wan't about to stick with him so i cancelled out on him. i got a new one that i thought would be much better but he's just not as loud and fun as me. i'm wondering if we'll still have a good time. my best friend still doesn't have a date and right now i'm thinkin i would much rather go with him. o well. i'm not gonna bail on the other one though. i'm really looking forward to this dance though. it should be fun.

Don't get it
My school doesn't do homecoming, but I've been to others where they do and it seems very "much ado about nothing," if you catch my drift. I just don't understand the whole concept behind it very much. Although the floats certainly look cool.

i dig and dis homecoming. although i've never been, from what i hear it can be fun but the homecoming court is nothing but a popularity contest to see who's more liked and more popular.

why would i pay 20 to party? i can do it at home and its free. its a lot safer too. unlike homecoming dances, there's a lot of alcohol involve that keeps hidden from the adults and a lot of disgusting people making out

The nice ones always win the popularity contests and the jerks are only known because they are send to the office for bad behavior. But I dont care anyways. I just want to have fun. I dont even know how to dance, BUT DOES EVERYONE?

Just at my school
At my school, homecoming is crap. We have lame spirit days that nobody does because they tell you like the day before. Then they do a pep rally for our football team that sucks, and all the guys are jerks that nobody likes. All it is is the cheerleaders jumping around shaking their thang, but that wears thin after 10 minutes. We don't have homecoming king or queen, and we don't have a formal dance-- we have a dance after the football game that we lose where you walk over and stay in our school gym for like 3 hours. It's so stupid and a waste of time. Everyone boycotts the dance anyway

I went my freshmen year of highschool and I'll never go again. It's nothing but stupid ignorant girls fighting over a title of homecoming queen that nodbody cares about the day after. I'm not a popular person and I don't like the atmosphere of stuck up preps.

I'll be honest, I seriously wanted to go to homecoming-despite it's reputation as a so called popularity contest, I wanted one of my really good guy friends to ask me to go with him, but he chose some other girl over me and they looked bad in their picture(which made me laugh)so much for one stupid dance
