Passing notes is fine as long as you're not missing something important in class. It's like a school requirement lol and it's better then cell phones! Who obvious can you get with trying to text someone in school, now I must say that's just stupid. Passing notes it fine to a certain point, I do pass notes though not anymore since I'm not really *in* school anymore. Oh and look at that, I believe I spelt everything right! ^^

i have to pass notes it keeps me awake in my language arts class its so boring even a nerdy kid would fall alseep in it and if u have to talk to ur friend over sumthin important u cant wait till after class cuz itll take too long so u pass notes duh!

when i wanna talk i do it on a piece of paper. thats what you do when you dont wanna get caught. but dont talk bout nothin so personal.i know that feelin when a teacher finds somethin of yours. you maddd embarassed.

it's awesome, cuz wen the teachers sat STFU, ya kow, you can still comunicate. i don't gossip, though most people do. it's okay to do it, unless you get caught. one of my teachers don't mind, and she doesn't even care if you talk most of the time. the only note that blew her over the edge was saying,"i hope the teacher blows up in hell."
they only got dention. mind you, it has lots of cussing in it i didnt include.

Well you can get in trouble for passing notes, but as long as you're not cheating I think it's okay. Sometimes you need to borrow something or tell someone something important anyways.

Yeah I pass notes a lot! I think that as long as it isn't for the wrong sort of thing such as cheating then it's ok! I've been caught once and the teacher read it out to the whole class- it was really embarassing but also very funny. Luckily the teacher found it funny as well!

Awesome until you get caught
well i think its cool. But i happen to put my notes in my notebook which i left in class. The notes were jokes between me and my friends, ceveral of them had drawings of shooting each other or other ways you could think of to kill your best friends. Well i got suspended for it and now i have to do anger managment. So just be carfull. And try to get your teacher fired if he posts it on the chalk board for god and every body to see. And thats what mine did so im trying to get hime the hell out of this school.

My friend and I were passing notes and I mentioned that one particular teavher was cranky that day. Well the teacher cuaght us, and we both got suspended for uncharitableness. (it's a catholic school, so they are quite strict about that.) so basically, DON'T DO IT! and every thing will be fine......

I used to do that back in 5th grade. I used to pass notes all the time. But now I go to a public school and everyone talks a lot all the time anyway, so I don't need to do that anymore. I remember bakc in 5th grade I wrote something about a girl to my friend and my friend gave it to another girl because she asked for it to "throw it away" but all she wanted to do was read it. She told the girl I wrote about everything I wrote about her. So, there's a lesson for you. Be very careful of what you put on paper.

Passing notes is okay if you've finished a test and so has your friend (as long as you don't get caught and reported as cheating) but lots of people use it as a way of bullying. A girl in my class writes notes to her friends, covers them up and says stuff like "Don't let 'name' see it!"

Pointless. When you pass notes during class, you aren't paying attention and then when test day rolls around, guess what? You don't know what the difference between past perfect tense and past tense is because when the teacher was goin over that you were off in 'Oh isn't he so hot?!" or "Wow her shirt is ugly today" or "why do we have so much hw in math? Doesn't she understand we have lives?" land. That's not a good land. Get out now. I've been to that land and it got me the lowest grade I've ever gotten. The class: Social Studies. The grade: 5th. There's just no point in passing notes during class. Talk with your friends during lunch or after school. You can easily catch them up on your day then.

I don't understand why in the devil you need to pass notes. I mean if it is so important tell your friend at lunch or in the hall. It's not that complicated to open your mouth and talk everyone does it, we are teenage girls that's what we're best at!

School is Education
I am very serious about my viewpoints on things and I always will.
You are ment to attend school for edducation purposes only, though I know hardly anyone is strict to this anymore.
Nor am I , but I do not pass notes.
I think it's actually alittle annoying, people sitting there next to me constandly passing notes and I'll probably be in the middle of the two. I'll be in the middle of a drawing then a note will land on my desk. "Will ya pass this to so-and-so?" This is wat I do, tear it in half place it on the owner's desk.

Can you be that stupid,...your obviously going to get caught so whats the use? Unless no one sees you but forget it. Not worth risking another lonesome time in detention or maybe even in the office.
