I love summer flings i had one this summer with this guy name Jahvon i broke up with him b4 i started school its fun + he was so fun but now im with my boyfriend Daeshon. Jahvon was my best friends cousin and thats another reason it didnt work because they were close and she knew i wasnt really serious about him

it happens. but its a real strain if your in a relationship or something cuz think about it-its technically cheating. however it can make or break a relationship-i wouldnt do it if i had a bf already-but it your single? thats what summer nights are all about :)

Hell yea baby, i do the whole summer hook-up thing except without the sex. I just find sum1 and we do the whole boyfriend & girlfriend thing that whole summer. Its totally fun especially if your on vacation. I see nothing wrong wit summerflings at all... but at the same time it depends on whut u consider a summerfling.

welll yeah, i don't see a problem with it, as long as it's clear that's what it is. getting action and summer... sounds pretty good to me. but if it gets more complicated, which i suppose many are apt to do...well, someone will get hurt, and that's a problem.

I'm truely in love and we been dating for a year now! We got to together in the summer but we knew each other before that. He's so commited I couldn't imagine a "FLING" He's the only one I've ever really kissed and I don't want to spread that and my stories around. We're planing on staying together and getting married some day!

i dont if im the onli person who has noticed this but every summer it seems like theres somebody knew that comes from Out of the Blue and really sparks something but then It doesnt last maybe a few months but the it like over i hate and like the first one said i want them to stick around not up and disappear out of the clear Blue skyy im so sick Of it

i don't like it, i think it's bad for yourself because you don't learn to be in good relationships and you'd get used to being with guys for a little bit. i can't really explain it that well, hopefully you understand what i'm saying.

I don't see the point anymore. I used to do them, in middle school, but to me there's a point where why even bother because normally someone just gets attatched for it to end. It's almost the same as friends with benefits because you don't have to end up caring. Kind of silly.

I don't think its slutty considering there is three months in summer and most kids in highschool and middle school don't last much longer than that so its really no different than dating the rest of the year its just the whole fling thing sounds risky to me I mean there is too many chances for emotions getting in the way

They are great while they last, but when you have to leave and end it it sucks so bad its terribly sad thats the only reason I dis it, if it weren't for the fact that you had to end it and leave they would be amazing!

it's okay. but..
it sucks when you want to be with them for longer, and.. you have to leave or visa-versa. it's happened to me. and, i didn't like the fact that we broke up. but, we had to. so.. it's nice while it lasts. but, whatever. i don't care.
