french twist are better than any dookie braids my mommy did on my hair. well, its permed know and that would be different.but everyone will have dem at the prom...i mean EVERYBODY. oh well, i still dig it!

Depends what style clothes worn with it, if you wear a red skirt french braids won't go well. (That's just my opinion though, it might work for others)

i think french twists are very elegant and classy.And they're not too hard to do by yourself,so you don't have to pay $80 dollars or more to have your hair done.

Soo very Audrey Hepburn- and Audrey Hepburn was anything but ugly. :) There practicle too- keeps your hair out of your face with out fuss, time and money that a normal updo would. I love french twist and there easy to fix if they come down. :) French twist are classic but they don't have to be my friend made hers look really funky by streaking hair in rainbow colors so it looked like a rainbow spiral when she twisted it up :)Go French twist

I really love it how everyone goes, "it sounds gay and ugly." It SOUNDS gay? How does a hair do SOUND gay? Really, know what you're talking about before you talk. It makes *you* sound gay and ugly. French twists are very pretty and classy for a formal event like a wedding or a prom. Otherwise, I'll stick with a bun. But they are a very nice hair style if you have a lot of time to make yourself look really nice for something important or formal.

Nahh, sorry guys. I think french twists are okay on some ppl, but look horrible on ppl like me. i stick with puttin my hair in a bun or ponytail. french twist has to go for me
