I totally loved this movie. IT was just as good as the first one. Johnny Depp andthe kissing scene were really hot but even without it it pobably be a good movie... Okay maybe not.

This movie was great! granted, it was pretty long, the plot was amazing, and it left everyone wanting more.

Ok first of all...i do agree that Johny Depp was SO HOTT in this movie!!! The movie itself i didn't really like though becauz every fighting/ action scene, and the movie, i thought was wayy too long and overrated. And i actually thought the kissing scene was really cheesy lol. So yeah i just didn't find it that entertaining.

I understand that allot of work was put into it. If you hacked off an hour of fighting over the deads mans chest and action sequences it would have been wounderfull!

Personally I believe the movie was generally a DIS. I think the movie had A LOT of potential, but as Clairy said the fighting scenes were WAY TOO long. :( Also, I had a lot of trouble understand the accents of some of the characters. Moreover, I was in confusion for most of the movie. I don't think they explained everything well enough. :) xxoxo

It was okay
The movie was good, but not as funny as the original. It felt like the whole movie was leading up to some big event that never happened. Of course, since I am ever loyal to this series, ( and Johnny Depp), I will forgive them and look forward to a hopefully more satisfying third edition. ( PLEASE!)

it was wayyyy too long... the characters weren't as good, jack sparrow was just plain mean and keira knightley was trying to be fiesty but didn't do anything but whine. and nothing was really resolved, and i know there's going to be a third but it just left the entire thing open. you left the movie theater like "what?" and considering it was 2 and a half hours long they might have been able to explain some things or have an actual ending... i don't know, that's just how i felt about it

I don't know, it was sort of entertaining for about forty minutes then it just seemed like they'd added in way too many plot twists and loyalty switches and villains. They seemed to draw every scene out a few minutes too long, so you'd lost interest in whatever was going on and suddenly something else would happen and you'd have to concentrate again. Also it annoyed me that you never found out what happens in the end, I know they're filming the third one, but after what seemed like five hours of set up I was thinking 'Come on wrap it up...' but they never did. I think I would've liked it better if they'd just focused on one part of the plot and explained the significance of the dead man's chest a bit better. Oh, and where the heck was Jack Sparrow escaping from in the first five minutes of the film? I don't think they explained that at all.

not as good as i expected
It was a little too long and what bugged me most was that there was not really an ending, and you never figure out how Elizabeth and Will are doing!(because he saw her kissing jack)

Johnny was hot in this movie. But like pirates of the carribean is just getting old. Im so bored of the same old adventures. This movie is so long too. It just makes it more boring.

could have been better
this movie could have been better... making jonny depp a bad guy... bad move... in the first movie, he was a nice guy but in this one there was a different side to him... one we didn't connect to so well... and the fighting scenes were way overboard.... Ig just didn't add up to the last one
