hehehe! they're entertaining! i love them! especially when they do little dance numbers, like tap dancing and Michael Jackson's music videos are sorta like musicals coz his songs tell a story. but personally i love the old musicals like singing in the rain and an american in paris or the sound of music. my fave actor from those times would probly be gene kelly or debbie reynolds or donald o'connor

I Love Musicals
Im a huge theatre person and broadway is heaven to me, so of course I love Musicals. The movies aren't as good as the actual play but theyre still great. Phantom of the Opera both on stage and the movie was awesome. I love love love love RENT on broadway and they turned it into a movie!! on November 11th (in select cities) it'll be in the movies!!!! Im going to see it the day it comes out. I wear my broadway shirts with pride =)

Love it!
I love musicals! I don't get how people don't like musicals. I mean musicals can have every genre of music in them. If you like rap there are musical that consits of rap. Not all musicals just have people singing about love and what they are doing. Totally dig musicals.

they're definitely fun
Some musicals are specatcular. Some are passable. Some are downright corny. But they're all fun to watch as a movie or live, amateur or professional, and even more fun to be in. On the other hand, in some areas musicals are not considered "cool" so many people are unwilling to give them a chance. HOwever, if you're willing to appreciate the music, laugh at the cornyness (which is not in all that many musicals, at least not TOO predominantly) then trust me, you'll enjoy them. It does take a certain appreciation of music, but since nearly every teen in North America claims to love music and that it's their life, I'm SURE all of you dissers will have no problem at all with that... right?

Musicals are an amazing form of expression, as well as extremely entertaining and fun to be a part of. As for movie musicals, I've been fond of the ones I've seen.

I HATE musicals. The only one I can even STAND is Phantom of the Opera. They are unreal and illogical. I know they are jsut movies, but if I wanna hear music, I'll go to a concert.

I know most people like this musical stuff. But I get annoyed at how you can just be sitting around and break into a full...ROUTINE. With melody and dance every 5 minutes. And let me tell you if there was some good musicals coming out recently I wouldn't say this. But the ones out recently are so stupid and pointless.
