well, i got in2 them when their second album came out, & decided 2 buy their 1st. Now that their 3rd album has came out & more of my friends are starting 2 like them, it gives us something 2 talk about. I really like their songs &, yeah they have gone a bit over the top 4 this a bit, but i have decided 2 keep true 2 them. but...gerard, y the hair?!?!

Album of the Year!
The Black Parade is, without doubt, the best album of the year! The lyrics are moving, the music amazing and every song is inspiring. People who diss them are simply jealous!

First off - My Chemical Romance is not emo.
Second - I don't like MCR's music. For some reason, I bought their old album, I don't remember why, but I didn't like that either.

They were good, a long time ago. The first album was amazing, but now they're far too comercialized & theatrical. It's very hard to take them seriously as musicians now because of how silly they look on TV currently. They're more like actors.

MCR = suck
I hate My Chemical Romance. My cousin was very into them for awhile and all their stuff sounded exactly the same. And I love how angsty they pretended to be when they came from suburban New Jersey and were contracted with Warner Bros or whatever. It was total processed rebellion.
And now black parade? it is ripping off Bowie's Ziggy Stardust, but not in a cool way. Now they're just more annoying then ever.

Um,They suck,and they always have. and yes, they are emo. What determines if it is emo or not is basically the lyrics. And i'm pretty sure all of their lyrics are quite emo. ;)

i dont hate MCR hell no but the newest albums left me very dissapointed. kinda selloutish if you ask me. I do however LOVE their oldschool stuff. thier first album was fantastic!

Like the first album i brought you my bullets you brought me your love was AMAZING! beyond amazing i must say its my ultime favorit album.
there second album three cheeres for sweet revenge.

they used to be independent and didnt let ANYONE tell them what too do, well for the first 2 and a half years anyway when they ONLY hade the first album, i do like the second one though but not as much, its more pop and im not much into that stuff.
There first album they created on there own, by them selfs just gerard, frank, ray, mikey, and matt (for the teenies, matt was there first drummer.) and the album was amazing. they didnt have that brian dude telling them what to do and changing there lyrics and music into shit.
Now this is MY PERSONAL OPPINION.
I could on one for hours and hours and hours and hours, about them and how theys changed and how much i hate it.
but im not going to.
