I'm glad you asked this question. Many young women wonder whether or not they are "normal" down there. I think you are actually asking about your vulva---the folds of skin (or labia) found at the opening of the vagina--not the vagina itself, which is inside.
Since vulvas are almost as unique as fingerprints, it's hard to say how one should look. Over time, the vulva does sometimes change. Some labia get larger or fuller during puberty, some get more dangly, some become darker. But all of this is normal. There is no "right" color or shape. It is what it is.
Whether someone likes the way your vulva looks, doesn't like it, or is neutral about it is another matter entirely.
Try not to worry about it too much. Most guys don't put a lot of emphasis on the way someone's crotch looks and are more concerned with the sexual chemistry or connection they have with someone. I'll bet you'll find someone who won't find it an issue at all and might even love the way you look down there.
