To start playing online and get connected to other gamers, all you need is a high-speed internet connection and a gaming system. Playstation 2, Xbox, Xbox360 or even your very own computer can tap you into the worldwide wonder of Internet gaming by connecting directly to the internet.

Here's what you need to do to get started:

1. Get connected to the internet with a high-speed internet service provider.
2. Purchase a gaming system or use your PC. I personally recommend Xbox 360.
3. Plug in your gaming console or computer to the internet.
4. Create an online gaming persona (e.g. a new Gamertag for Xbox Live; or PlayLinc).
5. Purchase a game. Look at my top 10 list (on the next page) for suggestions.
6. Plug in the controller or keyboard and GO!
